- Try something new in your yoga practice-go to a place you have not gone before.
- Cultivate an attitude of Acceptance.
- Create a Success Practice-recall at the end of each day your successes and honor yourself
- Meditate each day for at least 20 minutes (my personal favorite)
One needs to build Inner Strength to get better at Yoga (running, exercise,etc.) or to overcome difficulties both physical and emotional.
